Account Deletion

If you would like to have your personal information removed from Church Directory, please email us and we will work with your church administrator to delete your data from the app.

When you request deletion, we will remove:

• Your email address and name from our authentication system
• Any profile information you have entered (prayer requests, interests, contact details)
• Your activity data within the app

Please note: If your church uses Planning Center, your record in Planning Center itself is not affected by this request — only your Church Directory account is removed. To update or remove your data in Planning Center, please contact your church administrator.

Deletion requests are typically processed within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been removed.
